We go wherever there are BBQ food lovers. Our fully mobile service staffed by friendly, passionate pit-masters means you have a choice of having our Food Van or Smoker on site for an awesome event.
We have Council permits in place for the Shoalhaven, Wollongong and Queanbeyan to show we comply with all requirements including all insurances and liability cover. We’re locals and familiar with the region so we know how to fit-in wherever we go.

It’s still early days for our business but we’re going for Awards
With dozens of great customer reviews on our Facebook page and ‘People’s Choice’ awards at heaps of local Festivals and events, we’re proud of our reputation for great grub and service with smiles. Just look at our fabulous write-up from Kangaroo Valley BBQ Festival 2018 …and we plan on visiting again 16 November 2019.
The inside scoop on our smoker
Our tender and juicy meats deliver mouth-watering flavours from 12 to 14 hours of low and slow cooking over seasoned Australian Ironbark. Our smoker is Australian-made and a real show-stopper at events, sending up heavenly aromas all day or all night. All we need is 2 hours set-up time prior to your event. It’s all worth it!

Share the love of good food with a big crowd. Our ‘service on wheels’ brings the best low ‘n’ slow smoked meats and sides to events and street-style dining. We’re completely outfitted with all service requirements and can offer a range of popular menus. We use environmentally friendly plates and cutlery (paper and bamboo) and are sustainability-focused with all produce sourced locally where possible.
